Camping Trip at Kettle Moraine
Staying with us that summer, Nikki was 8; Caleb was 1. We biked 27 miles to our campsite. Nikki was up for biking into Whitewater for a custard cone. 14 round trip. Nikki did 41 miles at age 8.
Bike Trips
Not only did we take our family to the cabin a couple of times a year, we took them on quite a few bike trips. All five rode their bikes both ways on the Sugar River Trail (46 miles round trip) at ages 5 or 6 depending on our schedule.
