The great trip we always talked about. 1978. Steve and Kathy were going to ride their bikes to Huron, South Dakota in 6 days. Into the west wind. Didn't allow enough time. After 3 days, Mom, Dad, and the sisters picked us up in Mason City, Iowa. Bought the best pastries in some rural bakery. Best car trip and most fun. Went to Memorial Park in Huron. Swam. Hung out. Always talked about it.
