HIGH PRICE FOR JORDAN FARM
John P. Hey Sells His Place to John Anderson FOR $19,000.
John P. Hey has sold his farm in Jordan township on the Freeport road to 'John Anderson, of Jordan. ' The farm consists of 160 acres of well improved land; the price paid was $19,060, or $118.75 an acre. This farm IS located about seven miles north of this city on the east side of the road. The improvements consist of a large and modern farm house, two large stock barns, one hay shed, an implement shed and a double 'granary and corn barn. The property is fenced with woven wire fence. Mr. Hey has purchased a residence In St. Louis, Mo., and will move to that city about Jan. 1. Mr. Anderson will take possession of the farm March 1, next.
