CWC Wins Last Game filmed by Paramount Pictures Sportswriter Grantland Rice was filming a sports special, "Winter Sports in Colorado." In the afternoon, he filmed mom and her college friends skiing. That night, he filmed the basketball game. In that era, theaters commonly showed news reels between feature films. One of mom's friends told Grandma and Grandpa Hey they saw mom in the news reel at the theater. Grandma and Grandpa went and saw her, too.  |
